My name is Patrick Lucyk. I was born in a small town named Sag Harbor, New York. It’s located almost as far east as you can go on Long Island. I was raised in the great outdoors and this is where I found my love for the water. I am currently pursuing a degree in marine affairs at the University of New England in hopes of becoming a law enforcement officer. I chose this university for many reasons but primarily because it was similar to home, right next to my love, the water. A big part of my life is at home, being a volunteer firefighter and giving back to my community in any way I can. I hope to continue this in whatever town life brings me to see. When not running fire calls, you can find me at one of my two jobs. I work as both a dock master at a local marina and a landscaper. I’ve always been taught that hard work pays off and to never give up. This is a belief I firmly trust and live my life by each and every day. I believe that through these two things, anything you set your mind to is attainable.
